Our Story
Founded in 1970, Family Health Centers of San Diego is dedicated to delivering affordable, high-quality health care to everyone, especially the uninsured and low-income individuals. With 90 sites across San Diego County, FHCSD is one of the largest Federally Qualified Health Centers in the nation.
Impact
Each year, FHCSD serves over 227,000 patients, with 91% being low-income and 29% uninsured. As a Title X-funded provider, it offers comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care to over 42,000 unique patients annually.
