Our Story

Fertile Ground was initiated in response to the 2018 Public Art Challenge by Bloomberg Philanthropies, focusing on food access issues in Jackson. This project collaborates with local and national artists, community members, and various professionals to visually represent and address civic issues related to food access through public art installations and community engagement activities.
