Feral Cat Helpers is a dedicated non-profit cat rescue organization based in Mount Pleasant, SC, founded in August 2015. The organization focuses on the care and management of feral and stray cats through its innovative TVAR (Trap, Vaccinate, Alter, and Return/Re-home) program.
