Our Story

Fenway Community Development Corporation was established in 1973 in response to urban renewal threats in Boston's Fenway neighborhood. Local residents united to ensure their voices were heard in the planning process, leading to the creation of Fenway CDC, dedicated to preserving affordable housing and advancing community vision.

Impact

Each year, Fenway CDC positively impacts the lives of over 2,500 residents by providing access to affordable housing, social services, education, food, and financial stability. The organization also advocates for community planning to protect families from eviction and increase funding for affordable housing.
