Founded in 2002, Feline Friendz in Nebraska is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) no-kill rescue organization. This dedicated team focuses solely on the welfare of felines in the Omaha area, providing essential veterinary care, including spay/neuter services, vaccinations, and testing for feline leukemia and FIV. As the only rescue group in Omaha dedicated to cats and Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), Feline Friendz plays a crucial role in addressing the needs of stray and feral cats.
The mission is clear: reduce the stray and feral cat population while preventing unnecessary euthanasia. Through humane TNR practices, feral cats are trapped, neutered, and returned to their habitats, while stray cats are rescued, rehabilitated, and rehomed, ensuring a better life for these animals.
