Feline Advocates of Leon County: A Lifeline for Cats
Founded in 2019, Feline Advocates of Leon County began as a group of passionate cat lovers running the Fat Cat Café. When financial challenges threatened their mission, they transformed into a dedicated nonprofit organization focused on rescuing and caring for cats in Tallahassee and the Big Bend area. Since then, FALC has rescued over 600 cats and successfully adopted out more than 1000, significantly impacting the local feline population.

FALC's commitment to responsible and sustainable rescue prioritizes quality care over quantity, ensuring that every cat receives the love and attention they deserve.
