Our Story

FoCo Cafe was founded by Jeff and Kathleen, inspired by a nonprofit cafe concept from Denver. This community-focused restaurant opened on Thanksgiving Day in 2014, offering nutritious meals on a pay-what-you-can basis, using local and organic ingredients. Run primarily by volunteers, FoCo Cafe serves all individuals, regardless of their financial situation.
