Our Story

Established in 1984, Feed the Hungry San Miguel is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on enhancing the health and well-being of children and families in the San Miguel de Allende municipality of central Mexico. Through a variety of poverty alleviation programs, thousands of children and their families receive essential support, including school meals, nutrition education, and assistance for those at high risk of starvation.

Impact

Currently, Feed the Hungry San Miguel reaches 36 of the most impoverished communities in the region, operating kitchens in each village. More than 4,000 children benefit from well-balanced meals every school day, with nearly 70,000 nutritious meals served monthly.
