Our Story

Founded during the pandemic, Feed Chicago Inc emerged to restore jobs for furloughed food service workers while providing meals to those in need. With the support of community members and partners, the initiative quickly evolved into Prosper Chicago, a mobile ordering resource designed to eliminate barriers to food assistance. Over eight months, the organization supplied over 22,000 meals and raised more than $200,000 to help local restaurants rehire hundreds of employees.
