Since 2009, the FE Foundation of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of the Lehigh has been dedicated to transforming the lives of Hispanic youth in the Lehigh Valley. Through innovative educational and community development programs, the foundation aims to equip students with essential life skills and entrepreneurial training. The flagship initiative, the Futuros Empresarios Program, connects high school students with university faculty and local businesses, fostering a collaborative environment for learning and growth.

Futuros Empresarios Program

The FE Program is a comprehensive two-part summer initiative designed for high school students in 10th and 11th grades. It includes an academic session followed by an internship, allowing students to apply their newfound knowledge in real-world settings. This program not only teaches basic entrepreneurial skills but also instills a sense of pride and hope, encouraging students to pursue their dreams and achieve success.
