Fathers Building Futures is dedicated to supporting fathers in New Mexico who are returning home from prison. The organization focuses on equipping these men with the skills and confidence needed to reunite with their families and successfully enter the workforce. Since becoming an independent nonprofit in 2017, FBF has aligned with partners to enhance its social impact, including a strategic merger with the Atrisco Companies in 2020.
Fathers Building Futures has proven to be an adaptable program, successfully helping fathers overcome the challenges of incarceration. Participants like Vince and Santana have transformed their lives, becoming mentors and positive contributors to their communities.
