Our Story

The Farm at Oatland North, located on St. Simons Island, Georgia, is a dedicated animal sanctuary that has been a haven for abused, neglected, and abandoned animals since its inception. Originally part of Oatland Plantation in the 1700s, the farm was transformed by Doug Taylor and his family into a sanctuary for animals in need. With the support of the Murrah family and a community of passionate volunteers, the farm has grown to provide a safe and loving environment for countless animals.
