Family Promise of New Rock (FPNR) is a dedicated network of congregations, volunteers, and organizations in the Rockdale and Newton communities. Since November 2011, FPNR has been committed to helping families with children experiencing homelessness achieve sustainable independence. By uniting community resources, FPNR provides essential housing and support to families in need, ensuring they regain their dignity and stability.
FPNR focuses on keeping families together in a safe, supportive, and home-like environment. To date, the organization has successfully assisted 210 individuals, including 138 children, from 55 families facing homelessness.
