Our Story
Family Pathfinders of Tarrant County was established in October 1997 to provide sustained assistance for families striving for self-sufficiency. By matching volunteer mentors with families, Pathfinders supports welfare reform efforts and has expanded its services to include financial capability and job readiness for low-income clients, veterans, and the reentry population.
Impact
Recognized as a leader in adult mentoring and financial capability, Pathfinders has received multiple accolades, including the Top-Rated nonprofit designation from GreatNonprofits and a Platinum Star charity designation from GuideStar.
