Our Story

The Family Justice Center of Washington County was founded in 2018 to create a collaborative space for survivors of family violence. Established through the efforts of over 60 community stakeholders, including survivors themselves, the center aims to provide a better support system for those affected by violence.

Impact

Since its inception, the center has served over 21,760 survivors, with 10,095 services provided in 2023 alone. Survivors report feeling cared for, with 100% positive feedback on the trauma-informed care received.
