Established in 1972, Family Health Network of Central New York Inc. (FHN) began by managing three rural health centers. Over the years, FHN has expanded to include five medical health centers, four school-based health centers, and a Mobile Medical Unit, serving the healthcare needs of Cortland and surrounding counties. Recognized as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), FHN is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to the community.
FHN serves over 17,000 patients annually, with 16% uninsured and 71% living below 200% of the federal poverty level. The organization has received multiple quality awards, enhancing healthcare access and quality for underserved populations.
