Families Especial, Inc. was co-founded in 1999 by Linda Rose and Andrea Saxon, both of whom have personal experiences with foster care and adoption. Since its first placement in 2002, the organization has worked with over 100 families and more than 1000 children who have faced abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
Families Especial has successfully provided safe homes and therapeutic foster care for over 1000 children, promoting healing and permanency for those who have experienced trauma.
