Our Story
The Falmouth Housing Trust was established in 1986 as a Community Development Corporation dedicated to combating homelessness and promoting home ownership for low to moderate income individuals in Falmouth, Massachusetts. This independent nonprofit organization collaborates with local agencies and the Town government to address housing needs effectively.
Our Impact
Since its inception, the Trust has successfully created 42 affordable home ownership opportunities and 4 rental units for low-to-moderate income families. Notably, the rehabilitation of the historic Odd Fellows Hall has transformed it into affordable rental housing.
