Faith Family Medical Center
EIN: 62-1816811 · Nashville, TN
Our Story
In the spring of 1999, Nashville physicians Dr. David Gaw and Dr. John Lamb recognized a pressing need for accessible healthcare among low-income residents without insurance. Their commitment to serving others, honed through overseas missions, inspired them to establish a medical mission in their own community. On October 8, 2001, Faith Family Medical Center opened its doors, dedicated to providing quality primary healthcare to the underserved populations of Middle Tennessee.

Since its inception, Faith Family Medical Center has served over 20,000 patients, ensuring that low-income individuals and families receive the healthcare they deserve. The clinic's Journey to Health initiative promotes wellness and addresses chronic health issues, making a significant difference in the lives of its patients.
