Founded in 1996 through the generosity of anonymous donors, Fairmount Christian Child Care was established to provide a faith-based after-school program for children in the Mechanicsville and Cold Harbor area. Starting with just 35 children, the program has expanded significantly, now serving over 100 students in grades K-6. Utilizing the Family Life Center of Fairmount Christian Church, children enjoy a variety of activities in a nurturing environment.
