Our Story

The Fairfield Township Volunteer Fire Company No 1 has been a cornerstone of emergency services since 1954. Starting with just one fire truck and a phone chain alert system, the organization has evolved significantly over the decades. After facing the loss of their original fire station in 2009, community support and foundation grants enabled the construction of a new fire station and social hall, completed in 2019, dedicated to the brave personnel serving the community.
