Founded in 1967 by Dr. John Noyes and community advocates, Fairbanks Resource Agency (FRA) is dedicated to providing essential support services for individuals with disabilities in Interior Alaska. With a commitment to community inclusion, FRA has grown to employ over 350 staff members and serves more than 400 individuals, offering a range of services including employment support, family services, and residential care.
