Our Story

For over 25 years, Fair Tide has been a beacon of hope in the Seacoast region, focusing on reducing homelessness through affordable housing and supportive services. The organization develops and owns affordable housing, assists clients in navigating the rental market, and offers ongoing case management to ensure long-term success for those they serve.

Impact

Since its inception, Fair Tide has secured housing for over 170 households and stabilized 464 households through short-term connections, showcasing the effectiveness of its programs.
