The Children’s Foundation International

Our Story

The Children’s Foundation International was founded in 1995 by Nancy Nystrom after the tragic loss of her son, Fred Eckdahl. Starting with a soup kitchen in Manzanillo, the foundation has grown to provide comprehensive care for abused, homeless, and orphaned children in Mexico.
