Our Story

Founded in 2017, eXtend a Hand was created to provide essential grant funding to support eXp Realty agents, staff, and their families during challenging times. Initially formed in response to Hurricane Harvey, the organization has grown significantly since obtaining 501(c)(3) status in 2021.

Impact

As of December 2023, eXtend a Hand has successfully provided over 515 grants, offering crucial financial assistance to eXp Realty agents and staff during crises.
