The Evergreen Chamber Orchestra was established in 1981 by a group of passionate local musicians. Under the direction of Dr. William Morse, the orchestra has transformed from informal gatherings into a respected cultural institution in Jefferson County. With a dedicated Board of Directors comprising musicians and local business members, ECO has cultivated a loyal following and continues to enrich the community through music.
