Ethical Trade Co. was founded in 2015 after witnessing the exploitation faced by individuals in India and Nepal. Inspired by local companies providing ethical employment, a marketplace was created to connect these artisans with buyers in the U.S. Over the past decade, Ethical Trade Co. has proudly supported fair-trade brands globally, generating $250,000 in revenue for over 50 artisan groups across 50 nations.
