Founded in 2020 by Suzi Kremer and Cheri Hartman, Esthers Rising is dedicated to helping victims of human trafficking. The organization is focused on creating a restorative care home in the Black Hills of South Dakota for girls rescued from sex trafficking, offering them trauma counseling, education, and life skills.
Since its inception, Esthers Rising has successfully assisted 14 girls in accessing restorative services, raising $40,000 at its third annual gala to support adolescent survivors of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation.
