Our Story

Escalon Heritage Homes Inc, part of the Retirement Housing Foundation, began with a modest investment of $7,000 and has grown into a leading provider of affordable housing and services across the United States. With 198 communities in 29 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, RHF serves over 19,000 individuals, including older adults, low-income families, and persons with disabilities.
