The Eritrean Community in Seattle and Vicinity (ECISV) was founded in 1983 by dedicated Eritrean immigrants who volunteered their time and resources to assist fellow Eritreans during challenging times. Officially registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Washington State, ECISV aims to promote the social, economic, educational, and cultural interests of Eritrean refugees while preserving their rich culture for future generations.
ECISV empowers Eritrean refugees and immigrants by providing essential resources and services that help them adjust to life in the United States, fostering self-sufficiency and community integration.
