Born out of love and necessity, Erik’s Ranch & Retreats was founded in 2008 by Kathryn Nordberg, who sought a fulfilling life for her son Erik, a young adult on the autism spectrum. Recognizing the lack of suitable options for moderate-to-high functioning individuals with autism, Kathryn collaborated with a dedicated team of professionals to create a unique model that offers a supportive community filled with opportunities for independence, social interaction, and meaningful work.
