The organization's primary exempt purpose is to provide free public art exhibitionsand educational programs. The specific purpose for which this corporation is organized is to aid in the judicious distribution of public art in the county of Los Angeles and beyond. Activities include but are not limited to producing site specific public art projects in collaboration with artists and related educational programs.
