Our Story

Founded in 2005 by Dwight and Kristi Krauss, Equip & Grow emerged from a heartfelt response to the needs observed in children’s ministry during their missionary work in Mexico. Recognizing that many churches struggled to afford curriculum and lacked training resources, Kristi began developing educational materials while Dwight established a printshop to distribute them. In 2014, the mission expanded to translate these resources into multiple languages, focusing on unreached areas. By 2021, the organization transitioned to a fully digital platform, providing vital support, training, and curriculum to children’s ministries worldwide.
