Our Story

Equal Justice America (EJA) was founded in 1993 to ensure that low-income individuals receive essential legal services. By funding law students and recent graduates to work at legal aid programs, EJA addresses the legal needs of vulnerable populations, including victims of domestic violence, veterans, the elderly, and immigrants.

Impact

With over 6,250 law student fellowships awarded, EJA has facilitated more than 2,000,000 hours of pro bono legal work, significantly aiding underserved communities.

Why Donate?
