Our Story

Since 1951, Episcopal Retirement Services (ERS) has been dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults through innovative, person-centered care. What began as a small home for 20 women in Clifton, Ohio, has grown into a network of senior living communities and in-home services across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. ERS offers a range of care options, including Independent Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Nursing Care, ensuring that every resident receives the support they need.

The Promise Fund is a vital initiative that covers essential services not supported by Medicare or Medicaid, such as beauty shop visits, laundry services, and life enrichment opportunities. This support allows residents to maintain their dignity and quality of life, even when financial resources are depleted. ERS is committed to ensuring that no resident is ever asked to leave due to lack of funds, providing a home for life.
