Epek International

Our Story

Epek International is an Afghan-led nonprofit founded by Wakil, a former refugee dedicated to serving Afghans in need. With a deep understanding of the cultural and specific needs of the Afghan community, Epek navigates challenges effectively to provide impactful assistance both in Afghanistan and among Afghan refugees in the United States.

Impact

Thousands of Afghans have benefited from Epek International's initiatives, including leadership training for 285 Afghan youths, empowerment for 120 widows, and support for 2,450 refugees in Tajikistan. The organization also provides clean water to 424 families and has delivered over 15,590 meals to vulnerable women.
