Envisioneers Inc was established from the legacy of Citizen Schools, a national organization renowned for its impactful Expanded Learning Time Program. With a focus on hands-on learning and community mentorship, Envisioneers continues to deliver the same proven educational strategies that have transformed student growth and school culture. Led by the experienced team from Citizen Schools California, Envisioneers is dedicated to fostering equity in education across Bay Area campuses.
Each year, Envisioneers serves 1,200 scholars, providing them with essential support that significantly enhances their educational outcomes. Scholars are twice as likely to graduate from a four-year college compared to their low-income peers nationally. Additionally, 30% of our students are more likely to earn degrees in STEM fields, and 71% graduate from high school on time, surpassing the 59% rate of their matched peers. Our programs ensure that students master critical 21st-century skills, gaining an additional three months of math learning in their first year.
