Founded in 1999 by Abraham Tetenbaum, Enrichment Works was born from a passion to enhance education through professional theater. The organization emerged in response to the educational needs observed in Los Angeles public schools, particularly after Tetenbaum's son began his schooling. Since then, Enrichment Works has produced over 65 plays and musicals, reaching more than 600,000 youth in schools, libraries, and community venues.
