In late 2020, a profound realization ignited in Matt's heart, revealing that the first two decades of his ministry were a divine preparation for the next chapter. With this revelation, Matt, a seasoned coach and speaker, launched Enhance Ministries as a 501c3 non-profit. Since then, God has intricately refined the mission of Enhance Ministries, focusing on coaching healthy leaders who lead fruitful ministries.
