The English Language Center of Cache Valley, Inc. opened its doors in September 1998, dedicated to creating a friendly and welcoming environment for students to learn English. Over the years, ELC has expanded its offerings to include U.S. Citizenship preparation, basic computer literacy, and workplace readiness, serving students from over 92 different countries.
ELC empowers adult speakers of other languages by teaching them English and essential life skills, leading to improved job security, educational opportunities, and community participation.
