Our Story
The heartbeat of End Slavery Georgia resonates with the love of Christ, aiming to be a beacon of hope for those trapped in the darkness of sex trafficking. The journey began with a frail, scared twenty-year-old girl found hiding in a church parking lot, seeking safety. Her heartbreaking story of being trafficked and her struggle with addiction ignited a passion to help survivors like her.
In April 2016, End Slavery Georgia was established to provide comprehensive support for survivors. The organization actively engages with law enforcement, medical professionals, and community organizations across the state, raising awareness about the plight of sex trafficking. Through partnerships with addiction recovery and mental health facilities, ESGA is dedicated to restoring hope and providing essential resources for survivors.
Currently, ESGA is making significant strides in building Safe Houses, which will serve as temporary homes for survivors as they receive the help they need. The commitment of staff and volunteers to this cause is unwavering, as they work tirelessly to ensure that every survivor has the opportunity for a brighter future.
