Founded in 2018 by Ambee Stephens, EmpowHERment began as a response to personal loss and has transformed into a vibrant community dedicated to uplifting women. Initially a virtual platform, it evolved into a nurturing space where women connect, inspire, and empower each other. Monthly gatherings at local venues fostered meaningful discussions, inviting experts to educate and inspire participants.

In 2020, the EmpowHERment Community Center was established in Clearwater, Florida, serving as a powerful catalyst for positive change. This center embodies the commitment to support, empowerment, and progress, offering workshops, events, and entrepreneurship programs tailored to the unique aspirations of every woman who walks through its doors.
