Founded in 2002 by Elexia Coleman-Moss, Empowerment Resources, Inc. (ERI) is dedicated to providing gender-relevant programming for at-risk girls in Jacksonville, Florida. Recognizing the challenges faced by young women in the community, ERI launched the Journey Into Womanhood program, which has become a cornerstone of its mission. Over the years, ERI has expanded its offerings to include Life Skills Workshops and Parenting Education Seminars, ensuring that support reaches families where they are most comfortable.
