Empowerment Program: A Path to Transformation

The Empowerment Program, based in Denver, has been dedicated to removing barriers for cis and transgender women impacted by the criminal legal system and homelessness since 1986. Through collective action, the organization partners with participants to help them achieve their personal goals.

Making a Lasting Impact

Each year, approximately 1,500 individuals benefit from health programming, while 250 receive housing support, 350 engage in treatment and education, and 150 gain employment education.
