Founded by Tammy Johnson in 2018, Empowering the Masses is dedicated to transforming lives in South Dallas. With over 22 years of experience in education and healthcare, the team focuses on providing essential life skills, educational training, and access to healthy food through a drive-up food pantry. The vision is clear: to foster self-sufficient individuals who possess self-worth and financial independence, ultimately enhancing the quality of life in their community.

Impacting Lives in the Community

Empowering the Masses has made significant strides, with over 70 individuals completing Phlebotomy and Community Health Worker training. The Lunch & Learn programs attracted more than 240 attendees, while community events engaged over 760 participants. Weekly groceries were provided to over 300 families, ensuring that basic needs are met.
