Our Story

Founded in 1957, Employment Horizons began as the Sheltered Training Center of Morris County, serving just 8 trainees. Over the decades, it has transformed into a vital resource for individuals with disabilities, offering job placement and vocational training. With a commitment to community service, the organization has expanded its reach and services, ensuring that over 500 individuals benefit annually.

Impact

In 2023, Employment Horizons successfully placed 107 participants in jobs and provided culinary training to 15 individuals. The organization also engaged 70 volunteers, contributing over 875 hours of service, showcasing its dedication to empowering those with barriers to employment.
