Our Story

Founded in 1957, Employment Horizons began as the Sheltered Training Center of Morris County, serving just 8 trainees. Over the decades, it has transformed into a vital resource for individuals with disabilities, providing job placement and training to help them achieve self-sufficiency and meaningful employment.

Impact

In 2023, Employment Horizons positively impacted the lives of 511 individuals, successfully placing 107 participants in jobs and offering culinary training to 15 individuals. With 91% of donations going directly to service programs, the organization exemplifies efficiency and commitment to its mission.
