The Employment and Training Association of Dane County Inc (EATA) has been a cornerstone of workforce development since 1966. Originally part of the Community Action Program, EATA has evolved to manage various federal, state, and local programs aimed at providing essential employment and training services. By fostering partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and community service providers, EATA addresses the diverse employment needs of job seekers and employers in South Central Wisconsin.
