Our Story
Founded in 1973 by Jean Navarre, Emerson School has evolved from 11 students to over 300, dedicated to providing a flexible and creative curriculum for gifted children. The commitment to nurturing curiosity and creativity remains strong, with many of the original teachers still inspiring students today.
Impact
Emerson School relies on generous donations to enhance educational opportunities and resources for its students. The Annual Fund Campaign, supported by faculty, staff, Board of Trustees, and community contributions, aims to raise nearly $500K each year, ensuring the sustainability of Emerson’s mission to foster a whole-child, multiple-method approach to education.
