Our Story

ECHO began in 1981 in a church basement, initially focused on short-term food assistance for the Mankato area. Over the years, ECHO has relocated to larger facilities to meet the increasing demand for food support.

Our Impact

Currently, ECHO distributes 160,000 pounds of food monthly to approximately 1,700 households, empowering clients to choose their own grocery items.
